Appraiser Qualifications

Most states require real estate appraisers to be, at a minimum, state licensed and/or state certified and to have fulfilled specific educational and experience requirements. Appraisers must adhere to strict industry standards and a professional code of ethics as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation. To see the requirements for any state click here.

Our job:

  • Provide you with appraisal work on a subcontractor or exclusive basis
  • Provide software, technical support and training

Your job:

  • Supply the highest quality appraisal reports in a timely manner and update your outstanding orders regularly
  • Adhere to Higgins & Associates, LLC minimum report requirements
