We recognize the impact that the Real Estate Industry has on many different stakeholders and make every attempt to satisfy each of their diverse needs.

First and foremost, our responsibility is to make ethical and legal decisions each step of the way. Compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory boards is paramount. Ethical decision making and education of our peers and clients is a minimum standard.

As REALTORS, we strictly adhere to the rules of the National Association of REALTORS and use these as a basis for our ethics training. This code protects buyers and sellers and other public clients. “Living by the code” results in higher professionalism and reduced legal liability.

As Appraisers, we strictly adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice by observing the highest standards of professional ethics, certifying compliance with USPAP, communicating in a manner that is not misleading, and by not misrepresenting our role when providing valuation services that are outside of appraisal practice. Our appraisers perform with objectivity and independence and without accommodation to personal interests.

Our staff cares for our environment and society. We are engaged in continuing education in the development, valuation, and sales of green “sustainable” buildings.
